By booking a tour or travel package with IndiaToursMaster.com, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms outline your rights and obligations and are designed to ensure transparency and trust.

Payment Terms

To confirm your travel booking, the following payment schedule applies:

• At the time of booking confirmation: 20% of the total package cost is required.
• 15 days prior to the travel date: 50% of the total package cost must be paid.
• 7 days before travel: Full payment (100%) is required.

Important Notes:

• Payment must be confirmed via email with a valid transaction reference.
• In high-demand seasons or as per hotel policies, payment terms may vary.
• Incomplete payments may result in automatic cancellation without notice.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Cancellation charges are as follows:

• More than 45 days before travel: No cancellation fee
• 45 to 30 days prior to travel: 25% of the total package cost
• 30 to 15 days prior to travel: 50% of the total package cost
• 15 to 10 days prior to travel: 75% of the total package cost
• Less than 10 days prior to travel: 100% of the total package cost

Note: Packages involving North Sikkim are non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed due to strict local travel and permit policies.

Refund Policy

If eligible, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Refund timelines may vary based on payment provider and bank processing.

In case of delays:

1. Recheck your bank or credit card statement.
2. Contact your card issuer or payment provider.
3. If unresolved, email info@indiatoursmaster.com with your full booking reference.

Non-refundable scenarios include:

• Failure to arrive at the scheduled departure time.
• Changes or no-shows within 24 hours of travel.
• Services already utilized or partially availed.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as:

• Trip cancellations or delays
• Medical emergencies
• Lost baggage or documents
• Natural calamities or political unrest

India Tours Master is not responsible for losses due to lack of insurance coverage.

Force Majeure

IndiaToursMaster.com shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising out of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, etc.)
• Acts of terrorism or war
• Government restrictions or advisories
• Epidemics, pandemics, or public health emergencies

In such cases, we will try our best to reschedule or offer alternatives, but refunds or compensation are not guaranteed.

User Responsibilities

By booking with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information at the time of booking
• Possess valid travel documents (passport, visa, permits)
• Comply with local laws and respect cultural norms at destinations
• Be punctual and responsible for your personal belongings

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in denied services without refund.
